Patriot's BBQ officially opened its doors on July 4th, 2010. We are proud to be American, and
believe that we owe our shot at the American dream to all the Patriots who have and are
serving this great country. To them we say Thank You and God Bless America.
As a manufacturer of smokers, we use our blend of talents to give us a unique approach to building that ties aerospace and sheet metal into a smoker that has exceeded all our expectations. Temperature stability, usability, and fuel efficiency are our top priority, and after many experiments and countless hours of blood and sweat, we have created a smoker air flow system that is amazing. The beauty of this air flow system is that we can apply it to any size or configuration of a smoker that our customers may desire.

After 20 years in aviation, I decided to take my life in a new direction. One of my deepest passions is cooking good food for friends and family. To me there is no greater joy than the smiles at a dinner table. I did, however, have one frustration with my pursuit of great BBQ. I could not find a stable smoker that didn't burn my food at one end, and leave it cold at the other. It was then I knew I needed to create my own smoker. With the help of my friend Brian, we set out to create a smoker that did what we wanted. It has been a great journey, and I hope that I can share my love for great BBQ with as many people as possible. As a very famous man once said, "Life is too short for a half rack of ribs".
